About Alphacrucis College
Alphacrucis College
is a Christian College for Higher Education and Vocational Training. We believe that to prepare and challenge our students to take an active role in shaping their world, we need to create a stimulating intellectual learning environment that inspires and transforms.
Alphacrucis College (formerly known as Southern Cross College) offers government-accredited courses at both Tertiary and VET level. These courses range from ministry to hospitality. While students can study at our Chester Hill campus and other locations around Greater Sydney, we also provide distance education for some awards.
Our faculty is a dynamic team of world-class researchers and educators. They combine specialist knowledge, active research and professional experience to provide holistic education that emphasizes active learning and practical application.
Our challenge to prospective students is to envision a better future for our rapidly changing world and seriously consider their role in this process of transformation. While there are many voices in society that offer many alternatives, we believe the task of Christian leaders is to provide a creative and thoughtful response. This response should be based on an understanding of the Bible, theology, history and culture. That is exactly what we offer at Alphacrucis College – a foundational worldview from a Christian perspective. We equip you with the tools for creative and critical thinking.
