About Campion College Australia
Campion College
is Australia’s first Catholic Liberal Arts College of Higher Education and is the only college of its kind in Australia. An authentically Catholic institution, Campion aims to educate students to be leaders of society and to meet employer expectation for graduates to be able to communicate, write, solve problems, adapt to new situations, analyse information and interact with a wide variety of people.
Educationally, the College offers a Bachelor of Arts in the Liberal Arts, which is a time-proven means of intellectual development and career preparation. The degree focuses upon the development of Western culture and provides a generalist Humanities education with systematic study across literature, history, philosophy, theology and science. No other institution integrates subjects to ensure a comprehensive Liberal Arts education.
Typical careers based on a liberal arts education are in communication and media, teaching, faith-based work, law, medicine, business, politics, government, administration, social services, writing, editing and publishing, advertising, public relations, research, and policy writing. Campion plans to offer postgraduate courses.
Campion’s historic Old Toongabbie campus is around 40 minutes from the Sydney CBD and only 10 minutes from the City of Parramatta. On-campus accommodation available.
At Campion we believe in the pursuit of truth, the power of the imagination and the importance of a sense of wonder. Mentored by the University of Sydney, Campion’s exciting degree program prepares students not just for a career, but for life.
