is a unique Australian education institution. First and foremost, we are a leading dual sector (that is, combined vocational and higher education) provider that is exclusively focused on distance learning. All our courses and systems have been customised to meet the needs of our local and international community of independent learners, and to facilitate the transition from vocational to higher education.

Our courses are designed for independent learners who, by choice or because of the pressures of life, wish to integrate education into their lives rather than stop everything else in order to study. We have no attendance requirements, and provide you with all the learning tools you require to complete your studies, including comprehensive course notes and access to one of the world’s largest online libraries.
All our courses allow for flexible progression, with five enrolment periods throughout the year. We permit breaks whenever you wish, without applying for permission to do so. You may change your rate of progress as you desire, varying workload from term to term to suit your needs and circumstances.

Students may change their enrolment in a Unit before the census date of that Unit (generally one month after the commencement date of each Term).The duration of each Unit is two (consecutive) Terms (20 weeks) and it is permitted to overlap Units. The ‘Unit End Date’ below is the end date of the Unit commenced in that Term.

- Conditional entry: Successful completion of one Unit of Study with Cengage Education.
- Automatic unconditional entry: Applicants who have a UAI of 65 or above, or who are 25 years of age or older.
