About Holmesglen Institute of TAFE
Holmesglen
is a leader in vocational and higher education, and the largest provider of TAFE in Victoria. Holmesglen delivers over 600 courses, across 15 different study areas and annually attracts over 50,000 enrolments.
Holmesglen was one of the first TAFE institutes in Australia to offer degrees. The degrees cover a broad range of subject disciplines and are characterised by the focus on applied problem and project based learning principles. Close links with industry have ensured that the degrees are unique and well-rounded qualifications that offer students sound theoretical and practical learning underpinned by industry input.
Courses are structured to include lectures, tutorials, and may include a simulated work environment and an opportunity for practical placement.
Teaching staff are academically qualified and have highly developed industry knowledge and contacts that support the delivery of the program. Small class sizes allow for personalised teaching within a supportive environment. Excellent modern facilities, plus an active student recreation and activies department, provide for an enriched learning experience.
If you are committed and motivated to study we can assist you to optimise your performance. Holmesglen provides a pathway to lifelong learning and professional development.
