About Southern Cross University
Southern Cross University (SCU)
is a contemporary university which thinks big - our courses reflect global issues of significance from climate change to public health leadership.
Southern Cross University is committed to equipping graduates with the skills and knowledge necessary to launch and further their careers. Now in its second decade, the University has established a progressive reputation for world class degrees in business, environmental and health sciences, education, law, Indigenous studies, social science and a broad range of the arts. Courses are designed in consultation with industry to produce work-ready graduates in traditional and emerging professions.
Our vibrant, regional campuses are situated on the North and Mid North Coast of New South Wales, a place of great physical beauty experiencing strong growth.
As a dynamic regional university, we take pride in the commitment and quality of our lecturers, many of whom are recognised internationally and throughout Australia as leaders in their fields.
Flexible delivery options assist students to balance their busy lives. Many courses are offered by distance education, with an online study environment that strives to promote collaboration and a sense of community.
While fast-tracking their careers is what many students want, Southern Cross University also strives to equip graduates with the skills to pursue personal and professional growth beyond their initial course of study to help realise their future ambitions.
