UTS had 22,400 places (EFTSL in 2007) and 32,708 student numbers.
National Priority Places
In 2007, UTS will receive 93 new Nursing places, rising to 109 in 2008.
In 2007, UTS will receive 69 new Teaching places, rising to 82 in 2008.
Additional support will be provided for areas identified by the Australian Government as National Priorities. Teaching and nursing have been identified as initial key areas of National Priority, to ensure an adequate supply of high quality graduates for Australia’s schools and hospitals. The figures above refer to additional National Priority places only and do not indicate the total number of nursing or teaching places offered by this provider.
