Shafston 
is a private education provider with two campuses in central Brisbane.
The Kangaroo Point Campus located riverside is situated on five acres of beautifully landscaped and maintained lawns and gardens. At the centre is the magnificent heritage listed Shafston House that was built in 1851. This campus is home to Shafston International College where students can choose to complete English language programs in preparation for higher-level studies.
Shafston Institute of Technology and Shafston Nursing share a modern purpose-built campus in downtown Brisbane’s central business district. Shaftson Institute of Technology delivers higher education programs in business, education, human behaviour, legal studies and liberal arts. The higher education diplomas provide pathways to major Australian universities. Shafston graduates receive up to one years full credit transfer into degree programs. The facilities at City Campus are exceptional and include a campus cafeteria, library and computer laboratories. A feature of this campus is the state-of-the-art health care training facility for nursing students undertaking the one year vocational education Diploma of Nursing (Pre-enrolment) through Shafston Nursing Pty Ltd.
Student accommodation is available at the Kangaroo Point Campus. Shafston Mansions is an eleven-storey tower that provides on-campus accommodation for up to 352 students in either private, twin-share or dormitory style rooms. Travelling time between campuses is only five minutes.
