About the South Australian Institute of Business and Technology (SAIBT)
SAIBT
is a modern educational institution providing high quality programs in an environment that encourages students to achieve excellence in their studies. Quality teaching, outstanding facilities, strong academic and welfare support services are central to SAIBT’s educational philosophy. All staff are fully qualified and diploma and pre-masters programs are taught by lecturers approved by the University of South Australia (UniSA). SAIBT staff are committed to helping students achieve academic success.
SAIBT provides programs in the areas of the business and commerce, computing and information technology, and media & communication, to both Australian and International students. SAIBT diploma programs are equivalent to first year bachelor degree programs at UniSA and are recognised by many other well known universites throughout Australia.
SAIBT students are valued members of the UniSA community and enjoy full access to UniSA facilities and services including the computer pools, libraries, sports and recreation amenities and employment services.
SAIBT has a superb location – in the beautiful and historic Brookman Building, City East campus, UniSA, in Adelaide’s central business district close to the main shopping precinct, business houses and entertainment venues.

Students apply directly to SAIBT and not through SATAC. Parents and students are welcome to visit our office anytime from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday to enquire about our programs.
