William Angliss Institute of TAFEYou are now leaving Going to Uni, located in the centre of Melbourne, is the specialist centre for hospitality, tourism and culinary arts, with a proud history of over 65 years’ teaching experience. The Institute has a long tradition of close association with the hospitality, tourism and food industries, and delivers courses ranging from apprenticeships and certificates in cooking, baking, pastry cooking and meat retailing to certificate, diploma, advanced diploma and degree courses in hospitality, tourism and culinary arts.

Academic Structure

The course comprises 192 credit points of study. Each semester is 24 credit points, based on the hours of tuition or practical experience. The third year is a Work Integrated Learning Year.

Direct applications will be taken at mid-year for all degree programs.

Important Enrolment Dates
 
The enrolment period is from Monday the 25th June to Tuesday 17th July.
Individual enrolment dates and times will be provided to applicants upon being made an offer into the program. 


Term dates for 2008 are:
Semester One: 11 February - 27 June
Semester Two: 21 July - 5 December

Fees Schedule

Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management:
Year one, two and four: $11,000 per annum
Year three: $3,000 per annum


Bachelor of Culinary Management:
Year one and two: $12,000 per annum
Year three: $3,000 per annum
Year four: $11,000 per annum
