Quality assurance
The Education Services for Overseas Students Act (ESOS) and associated legislation is designed to protect the interests of people coming to Australia on student visas, by providing tuition and financial assurance and by ensuring a nationally consistent approach to provider registration.
Any course of study offered to an overseas student who is on a student visa to study in Australia must be registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS). When selecting a course of study you should refer to the CRICOS website.
