You can use your Commonwealth Higher Education Student Support Number (CHESSN), and other personal identifying data, to log in to myUniAssist. On myUniAssist, you will be able to see a record of your SLE usage, along with records of other forms of Commonwealth assistance you have received.
This website is maintained by the Department of Education, Science and Training (DEST). Your information is updated once DEST receives data from your higher education provider. Given the time between the census date and the date when your provider reports the information, when calculating the balance of your SLE, you will need to take into account any units in which you have enrolled but which do not yet appear on myUniAssist.
It is your responsibility to keep track of the balance of your Student Learning Entitlement (SLE).
